Roark Chauffeur provides premium transportation services including airport transfers, hourly services, full-day services, corporate transportation, and group transportation in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change based on location and availability.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time for scheduled pickups, and treating our vehicles and staff with respect.
5. Limitation of Liability
Roark Chauffeur's liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or government restrictions.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
